Justin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Misericordia University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University. Justin now teaches at CityVision University in both drug addiction and counseling classes.
Justin serves on the National Homeless Summit in Washington D.C. He has previously served on the NASW-PA board as the Northeast Division Chair and on boards with the American Legion and the VFW.
Since being at Keystone Mission, Justin has raised over a million dollars each year and has expanded the mission to serve in a larger area.
Scott has been with Keystone Mission for about a year. Scott is currently a bi-vocational pastor working for Keystone Mission and pastoring City Light Church in Wilkes-Barre.
He now oversees the Wilkes-Barre Transformation Center which houses 10-15 men who will progress through a year-long program designed to bring them off the streets and into permanent, independent housing. Scott has also ministered as a youth assistant and lead pastor. His favorite Scripture verse is Judges 3:22.
Nicholas carries out all accounting and human resource functions as the Business Manager. He has served with Keystone Mission for a year and eight months.
He has a college degree in Finance and Accounting. His favorite Scripture passage is Matthew 6:25-34.
Kathy has served as the Program Director at Keystone Mission for 11 years. In this position, she guides other staff through program set up and meets with outside agencies to establish relationships for the success of mission programming.
Prior to Keystone Mission, she owned a private daycare for 25 years. This experience is similar to what is needed in services to our guests: love, discipline, structure, boundaries, and consistency. Her favorite Scripture verse is Philippians 4:13.
Ryan started with Keystone Mission in November 2019 and is coming up on his 3rd year as Development Director. In this position, he oversees all fundraising communications, marketing, and volunteer initiatives for the organization. He provides strategic oversight as the Development team educates the community on the work of the life-transforming opportunities of Keystone Mission.
He graduated from Clarks Summit University with a Bachelor’s in Business and Theology. His favorite Scripture passage is Genesis 1:26-27.
Tony’s primary responsibility is processing donations while maintaining and updating the database of the financial partners. He comes from a wide background in security and construction management, overseeing property issues and expenses.
He is a former assistant youth pastor who oversaw the Message and Meal programs. He often led worship time and preached. Tony has been with Keystone Mission for about a decade. His favorite Scripture verse is Psalm 51:10.
Jillian works with the Development Department to research and write grants while cultivating relationships with funders. She recently graduated with her Bachelor's of Communications in Writing at Clarks Summit University.
Jillian has served at Keystone Mission for about a month. Her favorite Scripture verse is Psalm 34:10.
Judy oversees the volunteer program by cultivating new relationships with new volunteers and handling all related administrative tasks.
She has served at Keystone Mission for two years on staff and six years as a volunteer, where she assisted in mailing. She holds several years of experience in secretarial work. Her favorite Scripture verse is John 3:16.
Ben has served as the Marketing Specialist since March 2022. He is responsible for writing and designing monthly cultivation letters, social media, and marketing campaigns. He assists in creating print and digital projects to promote Keystone’s diverse programs.
He brings experience from interning for the New York Yankees AAA baseball team and as a Promotions Producer for WBRE/WYOU, a local broadcasting station. His favorite Scripture verse is Proverbs 16:3.
Ginny works as a Program Manager for the Scranton Innovation Center, where she arranges classes for guests, schedules the volunteers, and ensures the kitchen is ready for daily meals. She has been with the Mission for one year.
Prior to her work here, Ginny served as a work experience coordinator with “at-risk youth.” She placed students in contracted workplace partners to gain skills in the workforce. Her favorite Scripture verse is Jeremiah 29:11.
Lasha has served as the Vocational Specialist since March 2022. She assists our guests in determining their career paths by matching the individuals’ experience, education, and training based on their interests and not by their limitations.
She spent an early portion of her career working with at-risk populations, specifically with individuals suffering from mental health and substance abuse disorders. Her favorite Scripture verse is 2 Corinthians 5:7.

Lindsey has been with the Mission for 3 years, serving in the position of Housing Specialist in Scranton’s Innovation Center.
She assists guests in obtaining proper applications of resources for housing while building relationships with them. Her favorite Scripture verse is Psalm 23:6.
Dana has been in the social work field for about seven years, where she started in long-term care. She has always had a heart for the lost and has now been serving Keystone Mission for about 2 months. Her primary role as a case worker is to complete initial assessment of guests for either primary care, work, getting an ID, etc. Her favorite Scripture verse is Psalm 91:1.
Sara works in the Transformation Center as the Office Coordinator, which includes greeting and directing guests, administering drug/alcohol screenings for guests, and daily office tasks. She began her time at the Mission by working in the Code Blue- Emergency Shelter and has been working for the Mission for 2 months.
Sara’s prior experience is working at a Christian Pregnancy Center in the inner city as well as being involved in youth ministry. Her favorite Scripture passage is Philippians 4:6-7.
Joel has served Keystone Mission for 3 months by fellowshipping with guests and assisting in their current needs. He began his journey with Keystone Mission as a Life Coach for Emergency Shelter- Code Blue at Restored Church and now serves as a Life Coach in the Transformation Center.
Joel studied ministry as well as worked overnight “fire watch” in the Marines where he helped guests feel at home and comfortable. His favorite Scripture passage is 2 Peter 1:1-11.
Beth recently joined our team in May 2022 as a Life Coach at the Transformation Center. She assists and encourages the men to learn, grow, and change through relationships within the local community. Beth has experience as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor and is currently enrolled in a Master of Counseling program at Clarks Summit University. One of her favorite passages of Scripture is Philippians 2:12-13.
