Keystone Mission is committed to fighting COVID 19 and keeping our employees and community safe by following all CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines. 

All employees, volunteers, and visitors are required to wear facial coverings at all times. Facial coverings must cover a person’s mouth and nose. Employees, volunteers, and fully vaccinated visitors are not required to wear masks inside the building. 

All employees, volunteers, and visitors are required to maintain a safe social distance of 3 feet at all times. 

All employees, volunteers, and visitors’ temperatures are taken upon arrival. Those with temperatures over 100.4 degrees will be asked to leave. 

All employees, volunteers, and visitors will be asked to sign in upon arrival. So we may accurately conduct contact tracing if necessary. 

Employees, volunteers, and visitors who exhibit COVID-19, including but not limited to the following symptoms, will be asked to self isolate and/or quarantine following CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines.

• A temperature of 100.4 or greater 
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing 
• Cough 
• Fatigue 
• Muscle aches/Body aches 
• Sore throat 
• Significant congestion 
• Loss of taste/smell 
• Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
