Keystone Mission “Team Agape” is the outreach program that travels throughout the cities searching for men and women who are broken and homeless. The team’s sole focus is to build relationships and provide “real-time critical care” to the homeless.
The purpose of “real-time critical care” is to provide immediate needs for survival on the streets. In this phase of a homeless man or woman’s journey to life transformation, Team Agape builds authentic relationships with the guests. Keystone Mission is expanding outside the walls and going directly to the homeless in the NEPA community.
The Life Coaches follow each guest closely through the beginning of their journey. This may include food and clothing, assistance to get medical treatment through community partners, and acquiring their government IDs. Services are available through the Scranton Day Center.
