Project Description

Nourishment through food and the Gospel

Every Saturday and Sunday at 5:30pm, we offer free meals to homeless, hungry, and hurting people in our area. All meals at Keystone Mission are provided by local groups and organizations that prepare and serve these meals to our guests.

Many who come to Keystone Mission for help come to discover the underlying challenges which led them to homelessness. Challenges like unemployment, addiction, past trauma or abuse.

Community meals are facilitated in both the Scranton and Wilkes-Barre locations. Two nights per week, hot meals are provided to anyone who attends. This is made possible because of the partnerships with over 50 volunteer groups who provide food and serve each month.
