Project Description

We have partnered with CEO to bring a monthly produce market to our Wilkes-Barre location and at Nebo Baptist Church in Naticoke! We are able to offer fresh fruit, vegetables, and dairy to those who need it most.

Wilkes-Barre: 3rd Wednesday of each month from 2:30-6:00pm

Nanticoke: 4th Friday of each month from 4:00p -6:00pm

On the second and fourth weeks of the month we distribute food in both of our locations.

Distributions are: Thursdays from 12:00-2:00pm in Scranton and Fridays from 12:00-2:00pm in Wilkes-Barre.

Food is essential for those living in or near homelessness. In addition to hot meals, our food distribution program is able to provide a shopping style environment for our guests.

We are able to stock critical bags of groceries to families choosing between food and rent. This food often helps in making ends meet as well. We provide this service thanks to businesses, organizations and other individual donors. Selection does vary based on donations received.

On the first and third weeks of the month we distribute clothing in both of our locations. Distributions are:

Thursdays from 12:00-2:00pm in Scranton.
Fridays from 12:00–2:00pm in Wilkes-Barre.

These bi-weekly distributions provide clothing and other essentials for adults free of charge and are facilitated in both our Scranton and Wilkes-Barre locations (see above). Individuals are able to select items based on their needs.

We provide this service thanks to individuals and families who donate new and gently used clothing, shoes, coats and bedding.  Selection varies based upon the donations we receive.

Mondays from 12:00-2:00pm in Wilkes-Barre and Wednesdays from 12:00-2:00pm in Scranton.

Guests may select from infant, toddler and children’s clothing. Items available include shoes, diapers and toys. We are able to help struggling families through our back-to-school backpack drives.

We provide this service thanks to individuals and families who donate new and gently used clothing, toys, strollers and many other children’s items. Weekly selection does vary based on donations received.

The Keystone Mission was a lifeboat for us in one of our darkest days! They went above and beyond to see to our family’s physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Thank you for being a Light in times of darkness.

Distribution Donations

If you are looking to donate items for our distribution, you can drop off clothing items at either location 9-4 Monday through Friday.

The Keystone Mission distributions help families throughout the valley with basic necessities that they may not receive otherwise. For our food distributions, we are able to supply individuals and families with nourishment so they do not go hungry. Our clothing helps dress all who are in need. Whether that is kids who need school clothes or homeless who need jackets and socks, with your contributions, we can assist all who come through our doors.
